Which Photo Booth Software Does the Booth PC Need?
SNAPPHOTO for Windows. It runs on 64 bit Windows 10 and 11, it talks to the Canon by cable and to the DNP printer directly, and it keeps the event gallery to deliver it by QR.
Can I Make 360 Videos from the Computer?
360 video is recorded with the phone or the iPad mounted on the platform, which is where the camera is. The Windows software is for the photo booth with a camera and a printer, and both share the same account and the same gallery.
On How Many Computers Can I Use It?
On 2 machines with the same licence. From your account you see which machines are activated and you can deactivate one to move the licence to another PC, for example when you replace the computer in a booth.
What Happens if I Do Not Renew?
The software does not switch off. It keeps opening and you keep your events and your templates, but the cloud, the web gallery and the paid features stay out. Renewing brings it all back as it was.
Does It Work with No Internet at the Venue?
Yes, the whole event. Capturing, applying the template and printing need no connection: the photos are saved in a folder on the PC and exported as a ZIP. Internet is only needed to activate the licence and to upload the event to the gallery.
Which Cameras and Which Printers Are Supported?
Canon EOS cameras connected by USB, USB webcams and the built in camera. For printing, DNP dye sublimation printers by USB. If you work with another brand, write to us before buying and we tell you if it is on the way.
Is It the Same as the SNAPPHOTO Plan in the App?
No. The SNAPPHOTO Plan is the subscription for the photo booth on iPad and on iPhone, and it is paid monthly. SNAPPHOTO for Windows is the desktop software and it is bought with its own licence, monthly or yearly. They share the account and the gallery, but they are two products and they are paid separately.
Is It Good for Kitting Out Booths That I Then Sell?
