Is the App Really Free?
Yes. The Free Plan costs nothing and never turns into a paid plan on its own. It is not a time-limited trial of a paid plan: it is a plan that does not expire, and you only pick a paid plan if you need one.
Do I Need a Card?
No. Downloading the app and creating your account asks for no payment details. If you ever want a plan, you choose it yourself on the pricing page.
How Long Can I Use It?
The Free Plan has no expiry date. What changes between plans is how long you can access each event: 30 days on the Free Plan and 12 months on the paid plans.
What Is Not in the Free Plan?
Cloud storage, the online event gallery for your guests, Snap360Web and priority support. It also runs on 1 device at a time, compared with 2 on SNAPPHOTO and PRO or 4 on DIAMOND PRO.
Does It Work with My 360 Platform?
Yes. Snap360 controls the capture, not the motor, so it works with the standard 360 spinner platforms you already own. You do not need new gear to try it.
